No rips or tear! Inserts were sanitized.Super comfortable, cute and stylish, unfortunately half size too small for me:( I am true 7.5 in sneakers and they are size 6Y which fits true 7 Women’s. The insert is 24 cm equivalent to 6Y, 7 Women’s.Please look at the photos to see the condition by yourself. There is a tiny lil dot mark “stain” on the left front of the shoe shown in the last photos.
